Alternative offer entry

If the buyer has given permission, purchased things can be presented as requested (original item) or as alternate offers.

In this example of tendering, the buyer has allowed an alternate offers to be submitted.

It is possible to specify whether you are submitting an original bid (Yes / No), and by clicking the button ,it is possible to enter one or more alternative proposals.

The space for providing an alternative offer of the procurement item is automatically opened when the No option is chosen. You can type in the model name, picture, and price.

 

Entry of additional information and attachments By selecting the section Entry of additional information and adding attachments for the customer, the supplier may enter additional information related to their offer or attach documents.

Clicking on the option opens a window for selecting and uploading files.

The uploaded file can be deleted by clicking on the “x”.
